Welcome to Music Hype Worldwide. These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect the artists, fans, customers, sellers, and Music Hype itself while keeping the rules straightforward. By using the website or completing a purchase, submission, sale, or other transaction through Music Hype, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.

1. What Music Hype Is

Music Hype Worldwide is a digital music store and marketplace designed to connect artists and fans through downloadable music, merchandise, and related products and services. Features may be added, changed, tested, or removed as the platform develops.

2. Prices and Purchases

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, Music Hype’s current featured pricing is $2 for albums
and $1 for singles. Prices, promotions, taxes, merchandise costs, shipping charges, and special releases
may vary and will be shown before checkout.
A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for providing
accurate order and contact information.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital purchases are intended for the purchaser’s personal use unless the applicable product or separate
license expressly grants additional rights. Buying a download does not transfer copyright, publishing rights,
master rights, trademark rights, or commercial exploitation rights.
Customers may keep legitimately purchased downloaded files, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Availability of a replacement download link or account re-download is not guaranteed forever, so customers
should responsibly store their purchased files

4. No Subscription Required for Standard Purchases

Music Hype’s standard music-download model is based on one-time purchases rather than requiring a recurring music subscription. If Music Hype later offers an optional subscription or recurring service, its price and recurring nature will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.

5. Artists and Sellers Keep Their Rights

Uploading, submitting, displaying, or selling music through Music Hype does not by itself give
Music Hype ownership of the artist’s music or intellectual property.

Artists and sellers grant only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, preview, market, deliver, and sell the submitted material as authorized by the applicable listing, submission process, or separate agreement. Any broader ownership, exclusivity, licensing, revenue split, distribution, or promotional arrangement must be established separately

6. Rights and Permissions

Artists, sellers, advertisers, and other submitters must have the rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances necessary for everything they submit, including recordings, compositions, samples, interpolations, beats, artwork, photographs, names, logos, merchandise, and advertising materials. Do not upload or sell material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights

7. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use Music Hype for fraud, unauthorized copying or distribution, infringement, malicious software, unlawful activity, deceptive transactions, interference with the website, attempts to bypass security, or conduct that materially harms other users or the platform.

8. Content Review and Removal

Music Hype may refuse, suspend, limit, or remove content, listings, accounts, or transactions when reasonably necessary to address suspected infringement, fraud, security concerns, legal requirements, violations of these Terms, or material risk to users or the platform. Where practical, we may contact the affected party to resolve an issue

9. Refunds

Because digital products can be delivered immediately and cannot truly be ‘returned’ once downloaded,
digital purchases are generally final after delivery except where required by law or where Music Hype
determines that a file was defective, materially misdescribed, duplicated, or not properly delivered.
Merchandise returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds may have separate rules based on the
product, fulfillment provider, condition of the item, and applicable law. Any product-specific refund
information shown at checkout or on the product page also applies.

10. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

Music Hype may display advertisements or links to third-party services. An advertisement does not
necessarily mean Music Hype endorses every claim, product, or service advertised. Third-party websites
and services operate under their own terms and policies.

11. Platform Availability

We work to keep Music Hype available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical problems, security events, third-party outages, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Music Hype Worldwide provides the website and services on an ‘as
available’ basis and does not guarantee that every artist submission, product, advertisement, or third-party
statement is accurate or free from third-party claims.
To the extent permitted by law, Music Hype Worldwide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes
liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to
waive

13. Indemnity for Submitted Content

To the extent permitted by law, a person or business that submits or sells content agrees to be responsible
for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from that party’s breach of these Terms, infringement of
third-party rights, or unlawful use of the platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

Music Hype may update these Terms as the business and platform evolve. The effective date at the top
identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where state law applies, the laws of the
State of North Carolina, without overriding any consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that cannot
legally be waived.
